It was fully warmed up when I attempted to set the timing. This has been a long process of trying to get the car to run correctly (740 Nismo injectors, PCV's, plugs, coil pack connectors, various sensors) and with every maintenance or replacement item it has ran better. But it is obviously not running perfect still. Down on power, shaky idle, and can't be timed correctly. That's the gist of it. If you have specific questions that may help please please ask them.
